I JUSTED PLACED AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
We require 1-2 business days to process your order.
Order placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be posted out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the following day.
Orders placed on Friday's after 2pm will be sent out on the following Monday.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. A separate order must be made.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
Fill in the notify me section on the product page. Ensure to select your size. If we receive a high volume of requests we will try our best to restock the item. Some items may be re-ordered therefore the pre-order option will be available.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT?
We can cancel your order and issue you with a online credit note only. Unfortunately once you have placed your order it cannot be refunded. The only exception is a double up of the same order, one of your orders can be refunded.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is when an item is currently out of stock but we have made a special order from the manufacturer already and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain timeframe. Once we receive the stock we will send the item(s) out to you as soon as possible. Available items ordered together with PRE-ORDERED stock will be sent out together when pre-ordered stock is available.
WHAT DOES UNFULFILLED & FULFILLED MEAN?
When your order is still being processed the status will be 'Unfulfilled'. When your order has been posted the status will show 'Fulfilled'.
I ENTERED A DISCOUNT CODE AND IT DIDN'T WORK
The discount code may be expired or you did not click the APPLY button next to where you entered the code. Once your order has been placed we cannot apply the discount code to your order.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS ON MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to change your shipping details on your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We are generally able to change your order unless it has already been shipped.
DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES?
Yes we can post to PO Boxes in Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately we cannot post to PO Boxes to all other countries.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders with available stock are shipping within 1-2 days of payment. Orders that contain pre-ordered items are shipping once the pre-ordered merchandise has arrived in our office. We recommend placing separate order for available items and pre-ordered items. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Australian customers can track your order via Australia Post and international customers via DHL. You can also check your order confirmation for tracking details.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE OR LAST PIECES?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

DO I NEED TO USE MY STORE CREDIT IN ONE TRANSACTION?
No, you do not need to use your Hanellei credit in one transaction. If you do not use the total amount, your credit balance will update and you can use the remaining balance at a later date.
HOW LONG IS MY STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?
Your Henellei store credit does not have an expiry date.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Yes you can return your items for a online credit note only. Unfortunately you cannot exchange for other items unless you are willing to cover all postage costs please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
We are an online store only.
As our clothing is constructed by various designers and labels, we try our best to show the true fit of clothing on our models and also include their sizing in the product description. Actual colours of the clothes are shown to the best of our ability. Colours may show slightly different on other screens.
Please read the fit description in the product details. We will also suggest if there are any sizing differences in the product description. This size chart is based on an average sizing, this is not the definite sizing of a garment.Please note:
- Size chart is in both CM and INCHES.
- Measurements of the models shown wearing the garments are written in the product description.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Put the tape measure around yourself
- Do NOT pull it tight
- Do NOT leave space for how loose you want your shirt to be.
- DO relax.
- Your bust is measured around your back and across your nipples, try keep the tape measure straight (not dipping down around your back)
- Your waist is measured around your back and across your navel, or the smallest area where your sides dip in, again try keep the tape measure straight
- When taking your hip measurement measure about a hands width down from your waist and slide the tape measure down untill you reach the largest part of your lower hip and 'behind'
- Look at the chart and find a size closest to your size for a snug fit. moving up the chart depending on how loose you like your garments to fit.
- To check the size you chose, use the tape measure and using the measurement you chose put it around you to see how much space there is or measure your favourite fitting t-shirt and choose a size closest to the measurement just taken.
Hanellei delivers worldwide using Australia Postal Service and DHL Express Courier.
Please allow 1-2 business days for preparation of your order. Once your order is ready it will be dispatched immediately.
- The time frames below are estimated only and will depend on your location. Delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities and during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Years and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be posted the following day.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays (Brisbane, QLD, GMT+10) and on the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
- We deliver to residential & business addresses. Please provide your company name if delivered to your work address.
- Postage & discount codes will be added at the last stage of checkout which is after going through the PayPal process.
PRE-ORDERSAvailable items ordered together with pre-ordered items will be sent out together when pre-ordered items are available.
We send all orders regular delivery via Australia Post (2-5 business days) within Australia with signature on delivery for extra security. Parcels will not be left without a signature, even if requested.
- $8 Flat rate for orders $75 and under. Regular delivery 2-5 business days.
- Orders $75 and over qualify for free regular delivery 2-5 business days.
- Deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia and other remote areas may take up to 7 business days for regular delivery.
- Express delivery is available at an extra fee, price varies depending on size of goods. Delivery 1-2 business days to QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/ACT and 2-3 business days delivery to TAS/NT/WA.
PLEASE NOTE: Extra cover option (insurance) is available at nominal fee upon request for express delivery. We recommend adding this option on orders equal to $100 or more. Delivery to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 AUD via Australia Post:

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
- Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
- A signature is required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted. If you enter a PO Box address your order will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
- In the event where a parcel is not claimed by the receiver (customer) and it is returned back to us, an extra delivery charge will apply for its return. This charge will be deducted from the customers full order amount when a online credit note is being issued.
- If you live outside a metropolitan area delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

POLICY & TERMS
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to contact their local postal office.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. We are not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Hanellei due to an incorrect delivery address given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
- If incorrect details are entered by the customer and their order has already been placed, the customer has to contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and provide their correct details. We are generally able to change order details unless it has already been shipped. We are not able to combine orders.
- If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, Hanellei reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10 AUD for Australian orders and $30 AUD for international orders.
- Deliveries are sent with Signature on delivery. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post and DHL will leave a delivery note and your parcel can be collected at your assigned Australia post office or re-delivery can be made with DHL. We do not leave parcels unattended. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to receive the parcel.
- We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by Australia Post or DHL.
- We are not responsible for any delays in International deliveries which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs clearance procedures or peak season.
- The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
- International shipping costs that Hanellei provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Hanellei.
