All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and includes GST.

Credit Card: We accept Visa & MasterCard processed securely by Eway.

PayPal: Australia's favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online and on your mobile phone.

Receive your order straight away. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal instalments each fortnight.

1. Add items to your cart & checkout as normal (Valid for amounts up to $800 with a credit card or $500 with a debit card).
2. Select Afterpay as your payment method and you will be redirected to Afterpay.
3. Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment.

For first time Afterpay customers, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10, with a further $7 late fee one week later if the payment is still overdue.


Returns remain subject to Hanellei's returns policy.

If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When Hanellei receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift card via email as per our normal returns policy.

If your item/s are faulty and has been approved by Hanellei as a genuine manufacturing fault, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we will then cancel the payment plan.
